1. Lead Generation List Building: Utilize tools like PropStream or BatchLeads to source lists of absentee owners, pre-foreclosures, or code violations.
2. Cold Calling Dialing: Make outbound calls to prospects using a provided script. Lead Qualification: Identify motivated sellers and gather essential property details. Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for interested leads.
3. CRM Management Data Organization: Maintain and update lead statuses, notes, and contact information. Follow-Up Scheduling: Set reminders for follow-up calls or emails. Pipeline Management: Track leads through different stages of your sales funnel.
4. KPI Tracking Call Metrics: Monitor the number of calls made, conversations held, and appointments set. Lead Conversion: Track the number of leads converted to deals. Reporting: Provide daily or weekly reports summarizing activities and outcomes.
