We recognize our responsibility to respect human rights and to take steps to prevent any form of exploitation within our business and among the partners we work with.

RemoteCRW is a talent solutions provider specializing in connecting global businesses with skilled remote professionals. Our operations are primarily based in the Philippines, but we serve clients worldwide. We operate in a sector where the risk of modern slavery is generally low; however, we remain vigilant and proactive in our compliance measures.

3. Our Commitment
We are committed to:

• Upholding fair labor practices in every engagement.

• Ensuring all staff and contractors are employed voluntarily and fairly compensated.

• Maintaining a zero-tolerance policy toward forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, and exploitation.

4. Due Diligence and Risk Management
To safeguard against modern slavery, we:

• Conduct checks to ensure all employees and contractors are legally eligible to work.

• Require that all service providers, contractors, and clients agree to abide by our Ethical Standards and Code of Conduct.

• Monitor any potential risks in our hiring and subcontracting processes.

• Maintain clear reporting channels for concerns related to unethical or exploitative practices.
  

5. Employee Awareness and Training
We provide our team with guidance on recognizing and reporting signs of exploitation. All staff are encouraged to speak up without fear of retaliation if they suspect modern slavery in any part of our operations or supply chain.

6. Supply Chain Responsibility
We require that our suppliers, partners, and contractors:

• Operate in compliance with labor laws.

• Do not engage in any form of forced labor, bonded labor, or child labor.

• Provide fair wages and safe working conditions.
  

7. Reporting Concerns
Any staff member, contractor, or partner who suspects unethical labor practices can report their concerns directly to management via ethics@remotecrw.com. All reports will be treated seriously and investigated promptly.

8. Continuous Improvement
We are committed to continually reviewing and improving our policies, training, and monitoring processes to ensure the ongoing prevention of modern slavery.
