Our operations are primarily based in the Philippines, but we serve clients worldwide. We operate in a sector where the risk of modern slavery is generally low; however, we remain vigilant and proactive in our compliance measures.

  • Monitor any potential risks in our hiring and subcontracting processes.

5. Employee Awareness and Training
We provide our team with guidance on recognizing and reporting signs of exploitation. All staff are encouraged to speak up without fear of retaliation if they suspect modern slavery in any part of our operations or supply chain.

We require that our suppliers, partners, and contractors:

  • Provide fair wages and safe working conditions.

7. Reporting Concerns
Any staff member, contractor, or partner who suspects unethical labor practices can report their concerns directly to management via ethics@remotecrw.com. All reports will be treated seriously and investigated promptly.

We are committed to continually reviewing and improving our policies, training, and monitoring processes to ensure the ongoing prevention of modern slavery.
