RemoteCRW connects Service Providers directly with pre-qualified clients actively seeking remote or on-site staff. This eliminates the need for the Partner to spend on marketing or lead generation, reducing client acquisition costs and shortening the sales cycle.

The Provider will pay a modest monthly royalty fee of 5% of the gross invoice amount. For every client acquired through RemoteCRW, the Partner retains full ownership of the working relationship—while only sharing a small 5% royalty each month. There are no finder’s fees, and full buyout rights are available, offering both flexibility and long-term value.

The partnership is non-exclusive, allowing the Service Provider to maintain independence and work with other clients or platforms. RemoteCRW sets clear but flexible expectations, offering a low-risk, scalable way to grow your business without being locked into restrictive agreements.

How does this work?

Sign up and pay our one-time partnership fee for just $150.

You will be matched with clients according to the roles of your staff. Once the client agrees to move forward:

  1. Candidate Interview Phase – The client requests to interview your staff or team.

  2. Confirmation Phase – Once the client confirms interest, you’ll receive official onboarding instructions.

  3. Kickoff Phase – Your staff begins working with the client under the agreed hourly rate and terms.

  4. Support – RemoteCRW remains in the loop for support, monitoring, and ensuring royalty compliance while the client is active.

The partnership formally activates at the point of client confirmation. All terms—including royalty and tool access—begin once the engagement is live.

What assurance is there that the client will pay?

RemoteCRW implements several safeguards to ensure the reliability of client payments before any engagement begins. These include:

  • Execution of formal agreements (e.g., Subscription Agreement, Service Order Form)

  • Advance billing cycles aligned with the client’s selected service plan

  • A mandatory Security Deposit, equivalent to approximately one (1) month of the assigned staff’s salary, collected before onboarding. This deposit protects against non-payment, early disengagement, or sudden termination.

  • Continuous monitoring of client billing behavior and risk assessment

The Security Deposit serves as a financial buffer to protect both the Service Provider and RemoteCRW. Payments to the Provider are released based on validated time logs and confirmed client payments. RemoteCRW actively manages any billing issues to minimize provider risk.

When does the Provider gets paid?

The Provider is paid every Saturday on a Net 7 basis, meaning payments are released seven (7) days after the end of the billing week. This ensures proper reconciliation of hours, performance validation, and client confirmation before disbursement.

What if the client is not satisfied with the staff I provide?

If the client expresses dissatisfaction, RemoteCRW reserves the right to replace staff and assign a different provider to the client at its sole discretion. Maintaining quality and accountability is key to retention.

What happens with our staff's work hours?

All staff work hours must be accurately tracked and reported using RemoteCRW’s approved timekeeping and monitoring system (if applicable). These records are used to:

  • Validate billable hours

  • Ensure client satisfaction and performance

  • Generate royalty and payroll calculations

In addition, the Partner is required to submit a weekly performance and attendance report for all active staff assigned to RemoteCRW clients. This helps maintain accountability, transparency, and alignment with client expectations.

The Partner is responsible for ensuring that staff follow proper timekeeping protocols and that reports are submitted consistently. Any discrepancies or delays may result in payment hold or impact the client relationship.

What happens if a client wants to directly hire my staff?

If a client chooses to directly engage your staff, you must notify RemoteCRW in writing within five (5) business days.
To formally retain the client outside the partnership, a Buyout Fee of $1,500 USD per client must be paid. Once paid, royalty obligations for that client end, and you may work with them independently.

What tools do I need to provide to my staff?

You are expected to provide your staff with essential operational tools. RemoteCRW may provide access to basic tools, only if applicable and only for the duration of the active client relationship. These may include:

  • Telephony system

  • Microsoft Teams (or similar) for communication

  • Email with RemoteCRW domain

  • Timekeeping and productivity monitoring system

Any role-specific or proprietary tools will be provided by the client directly.

Can I work with other clients or platforms outside of RemoteCRW?

Yes. The partnership is non-exclusive, meaning you can work with other clients or platforms independently. RemoteCRW places no restrictions on your outside engagements.

How does the royalty system work?

You agree to pay a 5% monthly royalty based on the gross billings from each client assigned by RemoteCRW. This royalty is payable for the lifetime of the client relationship, unless a formal buyout is processed. We do not collect finder's fee for every client that you are interested to engage with.

What kind of clients will I be matched with?

You will only be matched to clients whose role requirements align with the services and staff you currently provide. RemoteCRW ensures all matches are based on verified capabilities.

What is the RemoteCRW Service Provider Partnership?

It’s a collaboration where qualified service providers supply remote or on-site staff to RemoteCRW clients. In return, partners receive client assignments, minimal lifetime royalty, and operational support from RemoteCRW.
